Croft House
Looking out across a loch, surrounded by mountains is a little croft
house with a red roof. This knitting pattern was inspired by that house
which is located on the Applecross Peninsular, West Coast of Scotland.

Pair of 3 1/4 mm (US 3) knitting needles

Knitting Skills Required to make;
Cast on, cast off, knit stitch, purl stitch, knit two stitches together, pass stitch over, make stitches using backward loop method, working with changes of colour.

Lamb Photoshoot
Our lovely Shetland moorit ram lamb is 8 weeks old today. Realised I hadn't taken any photos of him in weeks so off I went with the camera. These are a few shots of him when he didn't have his back to me. He's hardly recognisable from this shot taken when he was a day old. He's now milk chocolate brown and enormous!

Gingham and Ric Rac
Had the sewing machine out and made a simple tablecloth with red and white cotton gingham with a large white ric rac decorative edging.
